Aesir Mentoring (Wellness Events)
A recreated ceremonial sauna that focuses on inner journeying and self reflection. A unique experience where volcanic stones are heated in a fire for several hours and then brought into the sauna. The experience is completely guided with story telling, music and essential oils. Events are once per month and bookings are essential.
